Your new charcuterie board is truly one of a kind… so let’s help keep it that way for years to come! These boards are meant solely for serving food and/or display, NOT as a cutting board.
After use, simply wipe with a cloth. If needed, use a lightly damp cloth with or without mild dish soap - making sure all soap residue is wiped away with a dampened cloth. Towel dry immediately & allow board to completely dry by either hanging or standing upright. NEVER soak in water or use in dishwasher.
To keep your charcuterie board looking beautiful as well as protect it from moisture, we recommend applying a food safe oil/wax blend made for cutting boards. This should be done regularly or once it appears to be drying out or lost some of its sheen. If the board is starting to feel rough, then lightly sand with 400 grit sandpaper, followed by an application of a cutting board oil/wax blend.
